a9381b2896 Replaced proxy-image.iso by host/VM shared mount 
This commit moves most of the userspace initialization to
a new shell script in hermit/tools/init.sh

There, it also registers a new binary format for Hermit applications.

471f8568ff create iso image for HermitCore applications 
iso image will be mounted as CDROM in the virtual machine
=> seperate the creation of initrd from the HermitCore applications
