79a12cfff3 create toolchain (and its submodules) only on demand 
- only is the configure flag "--with-toolchain" is set, the whole
  toolchain will be created
- gcc & Co are not longer part of this repository => download these
  submodules on demand

471f8568ff create iso image for HermitCore applications 
iso image will be mounted as CDROM in the virtual machine
=> seperate the creation of initrd from the HermitCore applications
