b912958a67 cmake: bring tls include requirement out as PUBLIC
There's no problem for library build, also with LWS_WITH_MINIMAL_EXAMPLES,
but after install at least on OSX, there are problems finding the installed
lws include dir (concealed on most platforms by the path being in the
default search list for the toolchain), and the references in the lws
includes to the tls includes meaning that explicit paths for that must be
available at consuming cmakes.

This patch enhances the cmake config installed by lws to deal with adding
the lws include paths to CMAKE_REQUIRED_INCLUDES and include_directories,
so it can be found before the target is introduced.

The tls include is passed back up the CMakeLists layers and the lws targets
marked with target_include_directories(PUBLIC) with them, so they are
understood as needed by consumers.

More boilerplate is moved out of the example consuming cmakes.

After this, on machines with previous installs of older lws, you may have to
clean out the cmake install path, that is usually something like

  /usr/local/lib/cmake/libwebsockets/*

before make installing lws and putting the latest content in there.

9d13b97e37 client: DNS failure should retry while waiting for connect timeout
If the DNS lookup fails, we just sit out the remaining connect time.

The adapts it to reuse the wsi->sul_connect_timeout to schedule DNS lookup
retries until we're out of time.

Eventually we want to try other things as well, this is aligned with that.

Found with fault injection.

Add -l option on lws-api-test-async-dns that makes it sit there trying to
lookup warmcat.com every 5s until ^C. This is useful to test behaviour
over loss of connectivity and regaining it.

c9731c5f17 type comparisons: fixes
This is a huge patch that should be a global NOP.

For unix type platforms it enables -Wconversion to issue warnings (-> error)
for all automatic casts that seem less than ideal but are normally concealed
by the toolchain.

This is things like passing an int to a size_t argument. Once enabled, I
went through all args on my default build (which build most things) and
tried to make the removed default cast explicit.

With that approach it neither change nor bloat the code, since it compiles
to whatever it was doing before, just with the casts made explicit... in a
few cases I changed some length args from int to size_t but largely left
the causes alone.

From now on, new code that is relying on less than ideal casting
will complain and nudge me to improve it by warnings.

b3131fdfdd cmakelist: Augean Stables refactor
Establish a new distributed CMake architecture with CMake code related to
a source directory moving to be in the subdir in its own CMakeLists.txt.
In particular, there's now one in ./lib which calls through to ones
further down the directory tree like ./lib/plat/xxx, ./lib/roles/xxx etc.

This cuts the main CMakelists.txt from 98KB -> 33KB, about a 66% reduction,
and it's much easier to maintain sub-CMakeLists.txt that are in the same
directory as the sources they manage, and conceal all the details that that
level.

Child CMakelists.txt become responsible for:

 - include_directories() definition (this is not supported by CMake
directly, it passes it back up via PARENT_SCOPE vars in helper
   macros)

 - Addition child CMakeLists.txt inclusion, for example toplevel ->
   role -> role subdir

 - Source file addition to the build

 - Dependent library path resolution... this is now a private thing
in the child CMakeLists.txt, it just passes back any adaptations
to include_directories() and the LIB_LIST without filling the
   parent namespace with the details

9f1d019352 CTest: migrate and deprecate existing selftest scripts
Replace the bash selftest plumbing with CTest.

To use the selftests, build with -DLWS_WITH_MINIMAL_EXAMPLES=1
and `CTEST_OUTPUT_ON_FAILURE=1 make test` or just
`make test`.

To disable tests that require internet access, also give
-DLWS_CTEST_INTERNET_AVAILABLE=0

Remove travis and appveyor scripts on master.

Remove travis and appveyor decals on README.md.

c591e1adfc asynchronous dns for ipv4 and ipv6
This adds the option to have lws do its own dns resolution on
the event loop, without blocking. Existing implementations get
the name resolution done by the libc, which is blocking. In
the case you are opening client connections but need to carefully
manage latency, another connection opening and doing the name
resolution becomes a big problem.

Currently it supports

 - ipv4 / A records
 - ipv6 / AAAA records
 - ipv4-over-ipv6 ::ffff:1.2.3.4 A record promotion for ipv6
 - only one server supported over UDP :53
 - nameserver discovery on linux, windows, freertos

It also has some nice advantages

 - lws-style paranoid response parsing
 - random unique tid generation to increase difficulty of poisoning
 - it's really integrated with the lws event loop, it does not spawn
threads or use the libc resolver, and of course no blocking at all
 - platform-specific server address capturing (from /etc/resolv.conf
on linux, windows apis on windows)
 - it has LRU caching
 - piggybacking (multiple requests before the first completes go on
a list on the first request, not spawn multiple requests)
 - observes TTL in cache
 - TTL and timeout use lws_sul timers on the event loop
 - ipv6 pieces only built if cmake LWS_IPV6 enabled
