Andy Green 1ebe27e38f cmake: mark all the subprojects as explicitly C 
We don't need a C++ compiler but if we don't spell it out, cmake
assumes it C + C++ compiler needed.

lws api test Secure Streams

Performs some tests against httpbin.org server to check Secure Streams client performance

usage
