Chunho Lee 0276f3e635 ss: mqtt: Avoid CONNECTING to DISCONNECTED transition 
Check previous states with 'ss_dangling_connected'.
If it did not visit CONNECTED, transit to UNREACHABLE
instead of DISCONNECTED.
