Andy Green 1ebe27e38f cmake: mark all the subprojects as explicitly C 
We don't need a C++ compiler but if we don't spell it out, cmake
assumes it C + C++ compiler needed.

lws minimal http client gtk

The application goes to https://warmcat.com and receives the page data, from inside a gtk app using gtk / glib main loop directly.
