562c8b4264 Added support for Google Cloud Storage repositories using minio 
Implemented Google Cloud Storage support using the existing minio libraries.
GCS repositories get specified using gs://bucketname/prefix syntax.

Cloned the existing S3 support and tests to use them for GCS as well.

Added tests for the various cases to config_test and location_test.

Remove trailing slashes in repository specification.

8b7bf8691d backend: Remove Get() 
This is the first commit that removes the (redundant) Get() method of
the backend interface. Get(x, y) is equivalent to GetReader(x, y, 0, 0).

b211f834fa Remove tests for directories 
For testing whether a repository already exists it is sufficient to
test if the config file (and therefore the master key) exists.

Closes #279

Retrieve the SysProcAttr from a separate function. Completely eliminates syscall from main file.

2dcb527828 Only use Setsid on Unix. 
Setsid is not a part of syscall.SysProcAttr on Windows, so we only set that on
systems that have it.
