No streaming support yet but we are able to do these things:

* Respond to EPG queries

- Use an on-disk storage for pause/seek of live TV

- Rename "programme" to "event" (more consistent with DVB specs)
- Improve showtime client interface
- Add decent timers
- Fix UTF-8 conversion issues at various places
