Major rework, as follows:
...
- Add automatic DVB mux scanning
- Rename "programme" to "event" (more consistent with DVB specs)
- Improve showtime client interface
- Add decent timers
- Fix UTF-8 conversion issues at various places
- Improve EPG (Join DVB and XMLTV to same lists)

Improve build system slightly
...
- Dont use any ugly "../.." -include or -lib paths
- Link using --rpath to avoid having to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH
- Declare static / dynamic linking flags in top level configure
