Andreas Öman fa329cec17 Major rework, as follows:
- Add automatic DVB mux scanning
- Rename "programme" to "event" (more consistent with DVB specs)
- Improve showtime client interface
- Add decent timers
- Fix UTF-8 conversion issues at various places
- Improve EPG (Join DVB and XMLTV to same lists)
