ab33c92ab3 Added extensive support for legacy encoding scheme 
Lots of images were pure Unicode garbage when received. This update will fix these issues since support for legacy encoding schemes has been added.

Looking up the Unicodes was a task for quite some hours, sources are esp. iemoji.com and emojipedia.org.

IMPORTANT:
Also, three comments were added to show that there are missing image files. Gonna fix ASAP (this depends on the gemoji project).

5427b600ca Encoding for MightyText plugin of pidgin 
MightyText is a plugin to send sms with phone, and the encodage is différent. With this update, you can send emoji to a phone with apple theme. :)
