unicode.org hosts a full list of all standardized emojis with renderings of the most common emoji fonts:

  • Chart Glyphs (black & white from the standard)
  • Apple
  • Google
  • Twitter
  • Windows
  • Gmail
  • One
  • ... and more

Everything is available in a single HTML page which includes the images embedded as Base64-encoded data.

It should be straight forward to extract those images from the HTML page and create updated sets of emojis.
