Joakim Soderberg 23982ee23e Generate CMake configuration files. 
* This will make it easier for other CMake projects to import the library.
Both directly from the build-tree, and the install-tree as well.

* Also prepended all options with LWS_ so that these won't collide with
 options in a parent CMake project. For instance when including
 libwebsockets using add_subdirectory(..).
