This patch modifies the axi dma and axi vdma driver
to add the sefltest api to the driver source files
and call this from the selftest example's.

This patch updates the doxygen for the drivers
axicdma,axidma, axipcie,axietherent,axipmon to include .h files
in the listof files provided in the index.html file.
