Fixed
- Removed most of the static storage variables from libvillas and libvillas-common which caused crashes with DPsim.

- A new sub-command
villas-relay
implements a client-to-client WebSocket relay. It can be used as a proxy for nodes which sit behind a NAT firewall. - New node-types:
